Catching a Spammer

I stood on the docks of Marsh Harbor watching this one spammer. The toon would spam three lines of their text repeat quickly three times remain standing for about one minute then log out. I counted the seconds and exactly 60 seconds aka one minute of real time the toon logged back in repeated the sequence and logged out again and then 60 seconds later logged back in again. Rinse and repeat.

They do this five times then log for good. At which time a new toon or perhaps another account logs in and continues where they left off this goes on each five cycles rotating the toons. Then after an entire hour passes the first original toon reappears. Happened both times consecutive during the two hours I watched.

I am uncertain if this a strategic well thought plan to avoid detection from FLS or just happens to be how they do it.

I hope an admin sees this reply of mine to this thread as I just recently discovered this watching them and yes I spent two hours on the dock watching these spammers. There does seem to be a pattern. I hope this helps the admin in catching these buzzards.
