Testbed Event on Sunday - Fortaleza da Luz

You may have read our recent devlogs about the upcoming level 50 epic mission called Fortaleza da Luz.

This mission is now live on Testbed, and we'd like to hear your feedback on it! To that end, we've organized a Testbed event on Sunday, June 22nd between 3pm and 6pm Pacific (6pm – 9pm Eastern, 10pm – 1am GMT).

To test this mission you’ll require a team of six people, who are of the same nation. If you can’t find a team of 6, we will try and match you up with other players who need extra people in their teams. Feel free to show up even if you don’t have a team!

Everyone in the team should log into Testbed and form a group.

One person from the group should log into the #testbed IRC channel on irc.coldfront.net (if you don’t have an IRC client, you can click here for a web based one).

On IRC, an event organizer will take the names of the people in your group and then we'll give each of you the mission in-game, as well as a level boost (if you need it) and some items to help you along your way.

Once you’ve completed the mission, we will ask you to fill out a feedback form.

Please note:

To take part in this event you will need a character on the live servers that is level 45 or higher. It doesn’t matter if you’ve transferred your character to Testbed or not, but we will not boost anyone to level 50 who has not reached at least level 45.

Where exactly should we show up to if we are looking for a group? For that matter, where is the mission?

I would suggest you make sure you have plenty of salts, bandages, and first rate avcom equipment including swords and pistols in the handout package. Lack of decent swords and pistols were an issue at the Bey's Retreat event.

Update: Chat with Deputy Magistrate Vela at the top of the Dock ramp about There Goes the Neighborhood.

This mission begins the "unlock", but you will have to complete others given from Priest Emilio Carreno!

Okay so it is marked on my map, I go sail out to it and bounce.
My golden arrow doesen't let me in and appears to be missing an [X].
Perhaps still disabled and tease only?

EDIT: Wait, you have to have a lvl 45 on live server to participate? I already have a lvl 50 on testbed, that wont work? Also, where do you show up to, what port?

Shhhh, they weren't supposed to boost people who didn't already have a 50 on live.
