Default PotBS World Tour....

Just a Question....

How many people have actually done a world tour of PotBS?

I mean, I sailed around the western gulf PvP flagged and saw NO ONE! Same with the coast from Maracaibo to Bluefields.

Do most people just sail short routes over and over again? Grenville to NOLA, The Windward Passage, Bartica to St John's?

I think I'll solo flip Portobelo....

(Edit: originaly I said santa catalina because the map I was looking at indicated it was a flipable port, it isn't)

I haven't been to Somerset... yet.

My trade route takes me to all the far corners and coasts (except Somerset), and I quite often see lowbies sailing around. I usually farm my small pennants in these areas as well. But yeah, I think once you hit a certain level, you tend to play (and produce) nearer the center.

And if my cheapest hauler is empty, I am almost always PVP flagged to take advantage of the OS speeds and practice evasive maneuvers. Lowbies don't seem to go for the free bait, though. The 50s seem to think it's some sort of trick, and the few who do chase me haven't caught me.... yet.

Not to hijack this thread, but the evasive practice will be put to good use when 1.5 arrives. All the red circles will make being an econ focussed FT a little more risky. I might have to put my expensive haulers in the red

*rates self 1/10 due to digression
