Well I talked on the phone with webhallen now and they know there is a problem, and promised that they would send out a email to all that ordered the preorder within a few days. I sure hope that means this week.

They blamed upstream distributor paradox entertaiment and said they where trying to get a answer from them.

So my guess now is more that soe sent the wrong keys or that what kind of keys that would be ordered was lost somewhere on the way. So maybe SOE is to blame as usual! =)

And now I get error pages over at soe support page great.

There is another topic about this and apperantly, we have to wait til' the 22nd until we can get our items.. that's what i gathered. This is pissing me off and im quite sure im not alone on that one.

You do NOT have to wait for 1/22 to receive your items. We are working to sort this out.
