well it has nothing to do with my internet provider or computer, my son can log into Antiqua without the slightest delay. So it seems to be tied to the individual account or character I guess.

Hope they fix it soon!

I'm having the exact same problem. the main page says to file a support ticket about the problem. Guess what? I can't log into the support site either

Im having the same problem getting the time out error

I filed a support ticket but since its sunday it probably wont get a answer today : (

Ok a little more info as I can't file a ticket either on that account.

1. I have 2 accounts and the other account will login so it seems to be account related.

2. Once in on the other account a society mate says that bt is completely messed up, they cannot access anything, drydock, econ structures etc. My account that won't login has characters in Bt. Don't know if this is just coincidence or not.

Well it seems to be fixed as I too can login now.
