Calling on the wrong Magistrate

The French version of Calling on the Magistrate (from the Town Crier in Fort Caroline) sends the player to Biloxi. At the level at which a player might reasonably do Fort Caroline missions (mostly ranging in level from 6 to 10), the Biloxi magistrate won't offer any missions.

The British and Spanish missions of the same name (in Rosignol and Barilla, respectively) merely send the player to the magistrate in the same town as the mission begins, so the French one sending a player halfway across the map is probably a bug.
