Does a bug log or forum thread exist?

I have been digging through the forums looking for a list of known bugs (not exploitable types) so I could be more aware after losing two durabilities to the Final Defense delay bug (or something of that sort) and the bugged open seas PvP instances corner exits (you can't exit at the corner exits, instead you get stuck and if you were pursued, sunk unless you are awesome with your aft guns).
I can't believe a running list is not posted for easy reference.
I specifically remember other MMOs listing know bugs that could not be exploited for an advantage and when the developers anticipated fixing it in a given patch.
Come on developers, share with the customer base what is broken. We know you are working on them but at least let us know where potential problems could be and how to avoid.

You can log into the Support site and review the knowledge base. You'll also find some of the patch notes so you know what things are coming down the pipe to be fixed.

I found that but it does not list either of the bugs I have unfortunately discovered. Curious if there was a single running list posted and updated periodically. I can try to read through all of these threads too but many address now non-issues.

You can also just report them. CSR will report it if they already know about the issues or not.
