Problems With Users Created Flags And Sails

Many players seems to have a problem seeing their own and/or user created flags and sails.

I for one, if a carry on board my ship a custom sail and want to use it, ALL custom sails from any player will show exactly like my sail, EXCEPT on my own ship where, most of the time I will see my FLAG theme instead of my sail's one... try to figure that out!!

BTW I do not have this problem with the special reward sails!!!

I've tried everything, from throwing away sails and getting new ones (either my own or some made by a friend), deleting the user content file, playing the game on a different computer which didn't have my user content file, to no result.

I even went to check the Registry but there seems to be no entry relevant to user content, I would even be prepared to un-install the games et reload it if I could be assured that it would solve the problem.

My question is simple: Do you have a solution?

Can you post the ticket # here? I'll take a look into it. This sounds exactly like a known problem for which we have a workaround.

The LAST support ticket was # 080502-000005, previous ones are cited in this last one. As you can see, the problem is not new...

There was also another filed by myself, reporting the above one and mentioning i had the exact same problem, since then I know of at least 2 other members of our Society that have that problem.

Maybe, who knows, this time someone will come with a solution!

As I have mentioned above I have tried all I could think of and made dozens of tests and comparisons.
