prefrences and User Content file location

By default the game stores user content, preferences, screen shots and log files in My Documents.

However I play on my work laptop which is set to have My Documents as a network drive (which is synchronized). This causes problems with user content (it doesn't work).

Is there any way to tell the game to store those files in a different location?
