The aftershock - item lost

Due to the server unstablity which happened today, on blackbeard I dont know about rest of server but alot of people have suffered lost of DB to auction sales previous night, I my self have lost 10 ship deed worth of db, which luckily are only bermuda sloop.

But due to this I now find my self with stored labor and no DB to craft anymore, many others are in this situation, if you unlucky invested all your money and lost all you wont be able to produce atleast 2-3days or even longer (sinking ships does not make you great deal of money)

I have opened support ticket so do many others, but I have a feeling going to get a reply "sorry we cannot recover your lost db, due to technical issue"

For the guys @ Flagship, doing great job so far atleast problem is fixed, but please be considerate before you annouce lost item cannot be recovered, would be a chaos in econmy due to alot less material been crafted to supply to manafacture, which leads to inflation of market.. so on so on..

Yeah this suxs.... I lost a 'Falcon' I spent all day obtaining... thumbs up loading screen crash when you enter a battle...YEY.....NOT..

But as usual you get the blah blah we cannot refund your items...I don't want money or the mods I lost I just want the ship durability back I spent so hard to obtain... you cannot buy another one easily either.

I think they should cut some customers some slack as long as its not an unreasonable request. How they treat customers now that are having issues will determine if they stay or not... and lets face it the game does need a lot of work.

Imagine if they was a SOL I have lost due to their lag or bugs...protenially weeks or months of work down the drain and all you get it 'we cannot refund items blah blah'.

Hopefully they will do the right thing and look at my logs and just see my 'Falcon' sitting there and not firing back once..... It wouldn't have been a problem if I could quickly log back into the game BUT NOOOoo I had to sit on the SERVER screen for like 10-15 minutes before the list even popped up.

Sort it out FLS please.... I am also on BLACKBEARD....

If they cannot do anything frankly I am leaving... this will just happen again and cost even more time & money as you progress further into the game. This is not the 1st time I have lost a ship due to lag their end...luckly I was lvl7 at the time.
