Lost Character or Not showing on Server

Well i made a Freetrader character on Roberts server on the 22nd Jan and played her np all week (apart from from odd crash to desktop) but decided to make a NO today on Roberts also to see how that plays anyway i created her and went through the whole tutorial then started doing all the newbie quests for around an 1hr getting her to lvl 4 but got booted to desktop so thought oh well i will leave the game for a while and come back later.

Coming back now i find that when i have logged back to the server and check my character list on Roberts, the Freetrader is listed but my new NO is not listed so i read up on the forums and there seems to be some rollback issues going on so thought oh well it must have gotten lost due to that so then i proceded to make her all over again but the name seems to be still in use meaning she prolly still out there.

Also i checked all the servers just in case i made her on another server by mistake but she ain't there so i don't know what to do as i guess she is still out there somewhere and i wanna use the same name.
