Build 1.12 : Help has NOT been edited with the new labour requirements ???

I am VERY surprised to notice that the all help informations have not been edited with the new, CURRENT labour requirements under the new build 1.12

For example, let\s take a Textile Mill and the making of weave Canvas (Hemp Canvas).

If one gets the HELP for Weave Canvas the gump says LABOUR REQUIRED : 3 HOURS

Yet, by hoovering the mouse over the recipe while in ECONOMY window the recipe will read
LABOUR REQUIRED 1H 30M (0.5 X 3 HOURS)

Shouldn't the HELP reflect the NEW labour requirements for all items and not the old one ??

It is misleading.

Also, what happened to the Forum ASK A DEVELOPER ??

Is there a Forum specific for asking questions to Developers ?
