5th Rate-Spartan

I cannot make graphical renders, but however i think there should be a 5th rate

it would be a maneverable ship but with a slight more gun count than frigates

open to all classes except FT

30x17lbs
16x11lbs
10x10lbs

1900 base armor sides
11 DR
15.90 max speed with 9-10(possibly) fast turning

2 or maybe 3 LSB bundle

this was just a thought, addiing more rated ships to the game because you dont see enough of them out there
