stuck in mission without appropiate weapon

I did a respec and didnt buy the needed sword for the new fighting style. I started a mission, we accept you, and when i started to duel the guy, we are just stuck in interlock and i just block him because i cant attack without the right weapon for my new style.

I dont have any skills to bring down my balance so he can kill me. Is there a suicide command?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry but that is funny.

Logout just quit give it 3 mins? then see if he kills you when you are not in game or if it will finally log you out.

i know it is a really newb mistake, but i am a newbie. I tried logging out a couple of hours ago and when i logged back it it put me right back in the same spot fighting this guy. He is one level below me so he never gets my balance down enough to kill me.

Is there anything that can be done?

Ah good thing I came across this post. I just respecced and forgot to buy a new weapon. At level 26 it probably would have had me dead in seconds which would have made me quickly realize my mistake. Good thing I managed to sink that 40 gun frigate without boarding it earlier. That would have been nasty.
