Now Jules, how could you expect these guys to come out and fight I mean they are so poor that they only can afford 3 boats Khans, Rated ships and gank boats. Actually looking at that statement it may only be Khans Gank fitted. You and I both know the Spanish here never fought in anything more than moderate level frigates if they could help it outside the rerolls. You and I also know that the main way they actually flipped ports was as much outside the red as long as possible and inside the red when no one else was on.
