Default PvP missions

Probably brought up before, but I'd like to see PvP missions.

Basically they have group size and level requirements. Some enemy nations takes a counter-mission to your mission.

Now, initally, for ease of implementation, I figure something like escorting a convoy just takes both sides to an instance where you have to get the convoy safely from one side to the other. But enventually I'd hope the enemy has to seek you out on the open sea (maybe you are recognizable by color for them).

Others could be instances where you defend a fort. Some would be just be an arena type mission. Or maybe a defend the fort in Avatar combat and boarding missions.

Now, I suggest the following to start with, as precautions for various reasons but these can be altered as you get feedback:

- each participant puts up 500 db or more based on level, winning side gets the pot
- if a player offers a surrender it is either auto-taken by the game or maybe instead, if declined and they get sunk, they only lose 1/2 their outfittings instead of all of them and no durability. This is more for a fun PvP event than the overall game winning
- a cool down between PvP missions, like 10 minutes. Maybe more.
- no PvP marks or any other kind of rewards

I'd go with group sizes 1, 3 and 6. Level ranges 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 and 40-50.

Players will need to understand that at least initially, they'd cue up for such a mission and then not partake in any battles as they wait. Can do econmy, check the AH but no fighting. That would be too problematic I'd think.
