User Content Appeals

hi.. i had a flag and sail approved just before the move to portalus. Due to the server closures i never got the changce to buy my flag and sail and so i think theyve been lost in the process.
Is there any chance i can get them approved again?

here are the links (you can see that they have been approved, but theyre not in the game to purchase from the custom flags merchant.

They haven't been lost, this is a current issue with user content with it not showing in-game. It's a known issue so don't freak out
