Preorderd from Best Buy and have yet to receive anything, what can be done to aquire my keys?

You and me both fortunatley some one here had a spare Key they let me have. Still have not heard a thing from Bestbuy I tell you, this is the last time I ever order anything from there dot com store.

If you bought it in the store and "pre-ordered" the official game and they did not give you a game case with a disc and game code right there on the spot which cost you $5, then you got screwed by yet another stupid Best Buy employee (sadly, the usual kind of Best Buy employee).

So I just pre-ordered the game from bestbuy.com. Am I basically screwed into not being able to take part in the pre-boarding party because they wont ship the game to me until it is launched? I am just wondering what to expect.

Also, those boxes that are in BestBuy now, do they just give you keys and you have to download the game or is there an actual installation disc?

I actually got a notice that the bonus box ship and was delivered but I got nothing. One thing though when you pre-order from bestbuy you need to check two items the game and the bonus offer some people might miss that.

If there are boxes in Best Buy right now that is what you should have bought and what they should have handed to you when you pre-ordered. It's what lets you into the game early (now).

Best Buy's online store does offer the preorder pack with the bonus items:

Well timed, I just got off the phone with Best Buy Customer Support.
They say that while the PotBS Box (SKU:8632795) will ship on the 23rd of January, the Pre-Boarding Retail box (SKU:8632296) won't be available until the 6th of February.

We're following up with SOE's sales people to see what they can tell us about Best Buy's backorder status.

FYI, you can use the Landing Party key from the preorder after launch and still get the parrot & swords that way.
