If my frequent updates which are based upon build 2.10.57.0 are anymore complete then before I found them empty.

A reason to undergo such tasks, primarily the information I was looking for in the Encyclopædia Piratica were missing as well.

The difference is that PotBS Wikia is user based and not upon the whim of when someone within FLS decides to do any of their updates.

the pirate enceclopedia is also user based, if i understand correctly its just like a wiki
i dont know anyone at fls with such vast knowledge about this game

Probably using Saada's Banana Liquor. There are a few items in game that can give you boosts, usable even in combat. I had a thread up ages ago with all the loot turn-ins and what they did (minus fishing gear), but evidently the forum mods were too busy banning people for frivolities to sticky something that might actually be useful.

Pramas Estates Reserve Porto - Rubies turn in, gives run speed and parry.
Upper Antillies turn in area.

Saada's Banana Liquor - Madonnas turn in, gives guard boots and run speed. Lower Antillies turn in area.

Your opponent was using the Porto because the tooltip for Saadas is broken and in code.

They can be stacked if timed properly. Their duration is double of their cooldown.
