I already searched on the forums if there is any link for the PBS.com/physx for 32 bit windows 7 ,but I could not find a post with a link to what I am looking for the NVIDIA PhysX System Software 32bit version for windows 7.
My graphics card is NVS 3100M it is a laptop card

Fixed my own issue, the resolve was that.

Also works for Windows 7 32bit. Just Nivida for got to include 32bit.
