How does one get access to the Wardroom?

so, I am a Captain's Club member, I am logged in, but the Wardroom chat I have heard about is not visible to me. Please enlighten me by providing the steps I need to follow to gain access to the fabled Wardroom.

It might be simply a matter of logging out on the forums and logging back in; the website does not always seem to refresh your credentials if you remain logged in.

Failing that, GMs have posted elsewhere to send them a ticket (see Support > Get Help in the panel on the left) or, if that does not work, send an email to support@flyinglab.com.

I have sent email as the Support -> Get Help option on the left caused the "We are currently experiencing problems with our support system" message to display.

As an aside, thank you for all your posts about how to get econ up and rolling for us relative noobs. As an engineer, I need all the help I can get.

I look forward to a response from FLS support.
