Can't get to Support Site/Still No Society

Hiya's..I am unable to connect to support site to see the status of my support tickets. I still have no society listing, although I am listed as bemg in a society I can't leave, or can't talk to. The buttons are still all greyed out. I am however getting society mail. This has been going on some time now..is there any hope? (Anna de Havana - somewhere in Spain aboard the ghostship "Lost n Faraway") ...sighs

The support system is back up again, although a bit slow so don't be surprised if it takes a long time to submit a ticket or message, just wait and it will send it.
