No Longer able to run full screen mode after patch

I installed the patch and now I cannot play in full screen mode. I have tried every resolution and none of them work. I am also getting the sea flickering that alot of other people are complaining about.

anyone else getting this problem?

I'm guessing you run nvidia graphics? try updated drivers.

No I have an ATI card

Thats very interesting, I was under the impression that the sea flickering was specific to Nvidia hardware. What exactly happens when you try to go into full screen mode? Also any information on your computer set up might be helpful in figuring out what is going on.

If you haven't already I would submit a support ticket, good luck getting this resolved.
