About that "NPC's you attack" thing, I have that in the OP as well (in brackets), and the bit you quoted suffers from the confusion that a PvP area can be anything but national. Pirates count as a nation too...

I haven't seen anything I felt needed adding to the OP as yet, but if anyone has something they feel should be there, please post it.

Oh, I haven't been victim to this myself. But it surely 'scared' friends of me to even take a peek outside in the red.
If you say it might be fixed, I'll be less hesitant to take a look outside of a port from now on.

I have also been trying to find a forum or place where this game is outlined - chapters ?, what you can and can not do ? It's fun learning but I have no idea what I am doing - I'm only Lvl 13 - but at what level am I ready to join the big guns on the OS? How many missions are there? things of this nature!
