Port Battle Viewer!

Not only would i love this just to observe the battle, but i think it'd be great for new players who wanted to watch and observe tactics etc and get an understanding of port battles without potentially costing their nation a win. It'd save alot of arguments, alot of PO'd High levels alienating their lower level players, and well... just be bloody good fun to watch really =)

I guess there might be an issue of non-participants directing or advicing via Ventrilo or Teamspeak. Would have been nice if they could record the battle tho. So you could watch it afterwards, or after a slight delay.

Watching it after or asking permission to view it from a particular player's (on your nation) point of view might be cool.

Gotta agree overall... it would be fun to watch, but do we want people coaching? I, personally, don't see a problem with that but I know some don't like the idea.

However, if we could get a 'video' per se of the battles to watch afterwards that would be interesting.

Only way this would happen would be if there was a delay (be it 15 minutes or so) so that people could not be coached on voice coms. For the time being, just hope someone captures the video and posts it.

It would be cool. Maybe a utility so that a player in the battle can record and post it easily.
