NO crash log avaliable as it appears to do nothing on start up

if you downloaded it in IE (like I stupidly did with 1 file) it's more than likely a screwed file. Try to open the file in WinRAR - if it says "unexpected end of file" that'll be where the problem lies.

Redownload it with Getright (right click the gamearena download page, view source, find the file names and copy the full URLs to Getright).

Worked a charm for me and I had the same error.

no problems with the folders, both seem to be in order, however redownloading and using Getright

I get the same error. my trial time is ticking away, pls help!

EDIT: I get the exact same error message except with the second set of numbers, which is: '0x024735e4'

The games appears to update, but then it doesn't finish loading, or go to a launcher, and comes up with the error message.

Gonna bump this one, since i added details to my post.

Btw, any log that is missing, i couldnt find, or wasnt created. i have a launchpad log, but it seems to be for eq2, and it wont allow me to attach it anyway.
