Seems like I am too dense. Can you explain the three, please?

The only weakness I can see in the diagrams is the assumption that PvP is the only way to empty the bucket. If you're, say, in the armaments line, as long as people PvP or PvE and fire tons of stuff at ships, it doesn't really matter which is involved.

What i can tell you is that with..

Bucket 1 - Inflated economy - High demand ah goods are selling well at high profit margins with ship deed shortages.

Bucket 2 - Balanced economy - Ideal where ship loss is equal to deed production.

Bucket 3 - Depressed economy - Low demand where there is a production oversupply causing excess of deeds slow ah sales at cost price.

i'm not too hot with economic descriptions hence the pictures; any other economists care to explain?

Oops, I thought it was showing clockwise for on. I see it now.

So... yeah. My plumbing's about as good as my economics. I'll leave this thread in peace now.

(although that's a glass half empty/half full debate)
Not sure that if that will confuse because the proportion of eco - pvp remains the same?
