Currently I just logged a support ticket, however it is NOT clearing the previous user info. I luckily noticed it after I sent the message that it was showing user jadedduck.
I have since logged out and re logged in the system and was able to go in under my own user, but many people will NOT recognize this and will have non-existent support tickets under their accounts. please please please look into this quickly ~Tom Foolery |
