No Parrot & Sword claimable?

Same here, me and my friend got it from webhallen and couldnt claim enything, ive contacted both SoE and webhallen on this matter. should be getting some answers later this day or ill o kick some *** for false advertisement :P

I ordered from DLGamer who also stated that the parrot and swords would be available, however they didn't told me how to claim them. Haven't seen them yet anywhere.
Please tell me what you were told to claim them so that I can try it. Maby it's not available until full release? Haven't got a clue....

Also from webhallen.com also no parrot or stuff, and from what webhallen claims on thier site this is the real "non" dl preorder box.

I shoot webhallen a mail yesterday I sure hope they answer today.

Yet another Webhallen customer here, cant /claim any stuff... I have reported my prob to SOE as instructed in these forums... Wonder if any of all the other who has contacted SOE has gotten any answers yet...

At this time I would say it looks more like major screw up at webhallen then at soe (which is nice for a change =)).

Anyone got any experience with response time from webhallen before? I sent a email yesterday evening.

If there is anyone that lives close to one of the webhallen stores could you go there and ask the question in person to speed things up?

Last time i sent an e-mail to webhallen it took about 24h before i got a response.

I tried to register a new account but it didn't become linked to the Station login. Same mail address and everything but it didn't work.

What did work was to go to the main SOE site ( http://www.station.sony.com/en/index.vm ), choose My account, log in and then choosing Help - Support at the top.

i also bought the game from Webhallen.com, and i cant get my parrot and swords either. :S
