How does this work?

Ok I must be confused about how this works. I read through the sparse instructions on how to submit things and from what I read it takes 5 votes to get your sail to the review process. I know I have gotten more than 5 votes on my sail but the status still says "in voting". It's been over 2 weeks since I submitted it and I would really like to start using it ingame or edit it and resubmit if it needs it. Am I doing something wrong? What gives?

It's just a matter of time, looking at the fact there's almost 1700 submissions to review...

Shouldn't the status change to show it is up for review though? That's really my only concern, that it is not in the queue to be reviewed yet. I understand these things take time. I had no idea there were 1,700 things in the queue though, sheesh.

There's not really a state between Up for Voting and Rejected/Approved. There is one category that sort of sounds like it, but that's not really a category many flags/sails get moved to, I think that's for grey-area-cases. It'll pretty much be up for Voting until its approved or rejected.

Early on in the UC process, yes...a 5 star rating would get you moved to the front of the line for approval/rejection. However, for at least the past month to month and a half, they just process them all in the order they were received. And, actually, I don't think they've done any at all for the past few days
