Default Something is wrong

Something is very wrong when the majority of LVL 50 Privateers and Pirates are sailing around in generic ships instead of their class specific ships. I can’t imagine that it would require that much effort to adjust the stats of the current endgame ships along with adding a few more. (By “much effort” I mean when compared to some of the other changes that need to be made like merging servers and such.)

I dont think it has much to do with the stats, for me its purely the price, they are just not worth it.

To make them worth it for the current price then yes stats should be adjusted a tad, but I would be content with same stats just lower price. But this horse has been beaten to the point it no longer resembles a horse

I know it has been beaten to death but the point I was trying to make was that it would not be hard to fix so it would be nice if FLS would bump it up higher on the to do list. On a side note I'm for uping the stats insted of lowering the price. I guess lowering the price on the current boats and then giving us even better ships around the current price range would work too.

I know that it takes a big effort - and especially with recent patches - to even get a career specific ship ( you need MoVs). I am not only speaking about effort in terms of time but also in terms of money.
If you notice then that it comes with only 2 durability then this effort outweighs any advantage for getting them. Therefore we switch to general ships which are less costly, easier to get (available from AH or player made) so we can sustain better our war effort (pve, pvp,..)

From that point of view I have never understood FLS: when you start this games it is about making career choices and the very tool which would benefit your career from - aka your career ship - is too hard to get ...

Many people have tried endlessly to see FLS point of view on this, but alas there just isnt enough room to fit our heads up their ***** too.

I solo as a pirate and need speed to survive. Theres not a pirate refit ship thats fast enough to work in my opinion. Some of the national refits might work for me.

Its funny though, the pirate refits look good for grouping, and the national refits look good for soloing .... which is the opposite of what I expected.

dont get that either, also nationals can make Arcadia MC's yet pirates cant in careening camps, you'd think it was designed for pirates

the only refit id consider for pvping is the cursed blade for pirates, but yeah 100 mov's?? c'mon

Taelorn has mentioned that it's non-trivial to add the Rebuild-recipes to the careening camp.

I think it's likely the MC Arcadia will be added, just that it isn't automatic or simple so we have to wait for it. But this is just what I think, so don't hold your breath.

I'll let you in on a secret; she does more raw DPS at 300y than an MC Tigre does at 100.
