There does seem to be alot of longing for "the good old days". Hate to join in the pirates reminiscing, on Guad, while France could barely get together a full PB on some days, it was fun. I liked PB's and while I got sunk fairly frequently (normally by our Pirates, you guys roxxorz our soxxorz), I enjoyed it and felt that I was part of some larger scheme of things. Now I've missed the past few because they were in the middle of the day (no hate to our euro guys, you probably say the same about us NA dudes, just annoying to see things set for the middle of your work day) and invites to the ones I am on for tend to put me around 17th on the list. Its a little disheartning.

It seems that they do need to increase the amount of PB allowed at a single time, even if they don't get rid of the whole 2 days wait. Make it so that you can have a max of 2 PB per day per faction, that way we still get hefty servings of PB goodness, but we don't have to worry about folks flipping ports at 2 am without any warning. If theres already 2 set for a single day, schedule it for 24 hrs later. It would increase the amount of red to an insane amount, but it would be fun, increasing the amount of PVP and PB at the same time.

I just want to join a pb sometime soon and haven't really had the opportunuty since the server transfer.

Agreed that Decay needs to be looked at Again.

There is that, agreed.

Does not change the fact that it takes all of 2 full sized red circles to put all of the lesser Antilles into the red, give or take a port either end. The 3 port limit did not change that, and neither will unrest protection.

And unless the map of Carribean is taken outa the game and replaced by a chess board kind of square grid nothing else will change that either

Thats exactly why I think Rusty is completely off his rocker when he said it would help PvE types. The only spots unrest protection would help (PvE wise) are areas where its not much of a problem anyways.

MMO dev's need to be off their rockers, who in their right mind would devote so much effot to creating something that by its very nature is going to be picked apart, chewed and spat out by everyone who its aimed at.
