Default Pirates vs. France ? when?

Just wondering guys. Seriosly.

I mean it seems theres spanish ports being flipped? we could have done that but thats boring as hell?

Are you guys aiming for a flip? with little resistance? (why don't you guys just flip ports during the day, like some other time? *cough* TCO *cough*)

No but seriosly ? why spain? why not us ?

If your worried we won't turn up, then why are you hitting spanish who are less likely? why not britain who have more numbers, or at least us who will due to boredom fight if its not during the day.

Or do you guys want a cheap map flip ? if so why not flip during the day?

So, Why attacking the spanish so hard ?

Cayo's a pretty hard mark,

It'd be easier to flip a port deep in the antilles (Irish Point etc.) remember how easily that is flipped.

Our PB will be more fun this round though, we have more people reaching 50 every day!

were has this pirates are strong thing come from. yes towards the end of last map we were able to fiels a decent pb team but since AOC has come out VDD have basically disappeared and TCO are trying to take up the slack. against the dons on numbers it might seem we are doing fine it was 19v14.... we had 6 lvl 50' a few 40's and the rest were lowbies ranging from cerb to ketch not excatly a force to be proud of. to fight a PB against the frogs will be pointless even a dozen french will easily beat anything we throw at them. it is very hard with the large amount of casual players and small socs to get any sort of PB orginisation going. also i mean no offense to some of the pirates but there are some pirates who have no idea what they are doing even as the get to the higher lvls.

from my expirience the brits have large numbers with lots of casual players and no outstanding players that can really make a difference, spain have no numbers and no players who standout especially since a lot of the lvl 50's left including me due to the well simply put the incompetence of those trying to lead the nation. france have the biggest group of core players they work well together. pirates definatly no offense to the other players have to best solo players going around, pham is the best solo player i have seen and fought imo and shes a chick which makes it hot, jake dasnake and pirate even if you hate them cannot be matched in terms of pure tactical skill and well myself i capped a 2nd rate so i cant be that bad (although did make a bad mistake tonite attacking brit traders thinking the were east indias and got ganked by brits), cameron is probably the best player ive seen coming thru the ranks of TCO and we do have a good amount of decent players. i havnt seen much of vdd in action but marcos seems to be the best ive seen from them. but we struggle with groups and PB's due to the large amounts of casual players and 12 year old 1337 kids who want to WIN THE INTERWEBZ. ( i mean no disrespect to these players there is a spot for you all but it is incredible hard to get anyt sort of cooperation together when a whole group of different players show up to each PB)

so until we can get some regular players and get some orginisation between the smaller socs we will probs flip frog ports at inconvient times just to annoy you and get cheap points and attack brit and don ports in prime time to get the practice we need.

lol i know your still here was talking to you for 15 mins. 1.5 will be good but us at TCO have decided we will make the nats work for a change rather then sit around drinking tea, just gotta get some wins on the board and 300 points will seem so much closer.

Maybe I've just been overly focused on the insurance, but what do the Pirates get out of 1.5? Does it make a lot of difference to you guys?

Pirates get a bonus point set to flipping ports, which will allow them a greater chance at winning a map, ontop of that they hopefully get thier first raidable port (special missions appear in the docs if they flip the town.
