Just about 10 minutes ago I see a Minerva Mastercraft Captured Driven by a cutthroat. The patch has been out for only a few hours where did he get it from? There has not even been a regular minerva mc deed sold on the AH anywhere yet.

I think he was inferring that a pirate had a 2nd Nat Account.

That is exactly what I was implying. (writers imply, readers infer). But apparently if NPCs do sail those in missions or elsewhere already then I was wrong.
