Nation Resourses Balance?
It seems that France doesn't have a port with both Oak and a river - so no advanced oak logging camp.
Spainish and Brits have them... Incorrect? If so what port and if not why not? |

Not every nation is meant to be able to produce every resource equally.
You can either take the MINIMAL hit for a FT on logging, or you can RVR the port to your side. Pirates don't get gold, and also have the only copper / river port? fair? does it matter? French and Pirates are the only ones who have grapes, is that unbalanced?
