I ordered directly through sony, and their online account info area says my subscription for POTBS is closed. I checked the date, and can see it was just added today (as it should have been). Since the subscription is not showing up as active, it will not allow me to play. I get the same message on the client that someone would get had they not entered their retail box key. Anyone else that ordered directly through sony having this issue?

Oh, and there is no way to contact their support. The phone line gives a busy signal, and the chat/email links do not function.

I've talked to SOE and you must enter a Payment Source on your Station Account Management page for your account to be activated. You still get the first month free regardless.

I ordered from SoE as well and my account shows a closed Potbs subscription which was added today. When attempting to reach SoE chat and email support I get this message:

Same here. I have a "closed" behind Pirates of the burning sea. So it looks like Sony has done something wrong with our subscription
