I can understand why you get *****d, man. You want fair fights, but people won't give them to you. *shrug* That's life, to some degree. But don't let it make you compromise your own honor.


I'm wondering, though - Do the people you want to 1v1 understand you're offering it? Do you type it over area? Perhaps you could get diplo, so you know when people aren't going to honor it. That way, you can avoid the gank. And if they agree to a 1v1, but don't honor their agreements, then you can call them out for being dishonorable dogs. But it's hard to call someone else out for being dishonorable when you acquiesce to acting dishonorably yourself, even if to a lesser degree.

That's where it stops working on the brit and rat side.

Before the Brits start to whine (again)...I lost 3 ships (as a rat) just to get to my pre-arranged 1 on 1...you don't believe it...ask Jason Hunter and Jonah Hayes...they're the honourable guys that tried to stick to it.

So you can't have a one-on-one without half a million people pouring into the fight, but god forbid anyone answers a call for help when they get ganked right outside PR.

Its actually kind of amusing to watch all the people wait for someone to get ganked and then run out of the zone as fast as they can.
