Bear in mind, I can't see what you see, so I'm just saying what I did.

When you attempt to log in to the game, it should say that you do not have a valid subscription, and that you need to subscribe now. Click the button on the window to subscribe now. It will open a pop-up window within the game console that will allow you to choose a subscription plan for your account.

(My window was white for a long time. I took a shower and came back, and the page was there.)

You do not need to get the full station pass, you can select "regular subscription" (or something similar) using button on bottom left.

You will not be charged for this account until Feb. 22, assuming you do not cancel.

The first month is still free, you just need to select a plan for once the trial runs out.

I hope this helps, I can't see what you see, so I can only say what I did.

Having the same problem, Pre-ordered with SoE, They billed me this morning for 49.99.. Nothing even remotely referancing PotBS in my subscriptions, or purchase history.

Not happy, im #3 in que for live chat support, if this isnt solved by the sony rep ill be telling my CC company tommorow to reverse the 49.99 charge.

Alright, if your Subscriptions Info page doesn't even say "Pirates of the Burning Sea: Closed" at the top, that's an entirely different problem. Sorry, I misinterpreted where the trouble was.

Nope, and i can 100% attest that its a problem on SoE's end. Both me and my Husband Pre Ordered, on the same CC, literally cut and pasted the CC info into the order forms. His account works like a charm, had a "Subcription: Closed" he activated like any other MMO we've played.

And yes, both 49.99 charges appered on the credit card this morning.
