A Holiday Proposal: Christmas Cease-Fire Between All Nations on Roberts

Hello, everyone Virgil Kyle here. Listen, I know this last year has been pretty crazy. Recently, I've seen things starting to get pretty cutthroat and nasty on our server, as well. But the holidays are no time to nurse old grudges and carry out stale vendettas, my friends. There'll be plenty of time for blood-letting after the holidays. Can we perhaps come to some kind of agreement, between ALL the nations of Roberts (Pirates and Spanish included) to forgo hostilities on Christmas Day? Even just a day of peace on our server would say volumes about the caliber of our player base.


We could make a real day out of it, too - We could select a neutral location for an all-day, walk-in sort of celebration, where people could drink and be merry and enjoy themselves Of course, for entertainment, we could stage ship and avatar duels between well-known players, and perhaps even have betting on winners!


I don't know. The party's just an idea, but I really do think Roberts could use a day of rest, between all this constant fighting and warfare. Christmas is the perfect opportunity, in my opinion. So... what do you guys think?

christmas was a nive little thing in the past, nowadays it is nothing more then to get as fat as you can in 2 days!

I will be on during the day with christmas and i kill whatever presents itself. And if you do not want to die i suggest you take your holy bible and sit in church and read it.

Whats the point of this game if you cannot kill another guy. i am not a grindmonkey.

Well, one thing's for sure: I will never hire you as Santa Claus. Have fun killing the NPCs on Christmas Eve. I heard, they will be online, too.

Heh.. buddy of mine has enough track to go from one one of his house to the other, then go around his living room a few times. Then we build lego forts with siege equipment and have massive battles against each other. Dont think his son even plays with them, hed rather play the playstation...
