Cant resubscribe

Finally the itch to play this game again became to much to ignore so i reinstalled then went to the SOE pages to resub and its here my problems begin.

Last time i played was back in 2008 .. havent played any other soe games since and my credit card details are all still on record my station acount etc is all still the same i have money in my bank as ive just been paid and yet when i try to re sub to potbs using the stored details i keep getting the stupid cant process error... i have tried deleting then re-enterign my card details and profile etc to no avail..

Was really looking forward to playing again and this is a long shot posting here as its prolly a SOE account service problem but i soo wanted to play again and was hoping there was an easy way to make it work or some trick some one knew As the Soe tech guys only work Mon-friday and i wanted to play this weekend

Anyway heres hoping...

ahh well looks like i will have to wait till i can talk to the tech guys at SOE on monday i am getting a purchase error just trying to select a monthly plan now i was looking forward to playing again this weekend too bleh ..... Soe still runs the accounts and subscriptions for Potbs doesnt it?
