Outage Tuesday Morning - Build 1.16.62.0

We will be publishing build 1.16.62.0 to our live servers on Tuesday, July 14th, between 1:30am and 5:00am Pacific / 9:30am - 1:00pm BST / 18:30 - 22:00 Australian Eastern.

This is a bug-fix patch that addresses the lag many of you have been experiencing. It also containts some other performance improvements and bug fixes. Release notes can be found here.

These past few days have been frustrating, both for our players and for the development team as we worked to find and resolve this issue. As a thank-you for your patience, we are awarding 3 loot books to every character created before this patch. More details can be found in the release notes.

We apologize any inconvenience caused by this outage.

If I remember correct the last time you offered loot books we got 12 for some hours of downtime.

Wouldn't some more than three be a better "thank-you-for-your-patience" for a full week of lags?
