Disapearing Ship?

I'm playing on Antigua with my buddy who is a NO and we just spent all day getting him a 'Lancer' Naval Cutter. He finally gets the ship and we sail to Bridgetown. We both go in to the city and log out for lunch. When we get home we log in and he is in Puerto Cabasas, his cargo is on another ship, and there is no 'Lancer' Naval Cutter to be found....

What in the hell is going on. We aren't new to the game and played pre-boarding so we know every way you can lose your ship. Furthermore his MOV that he used were not back in his inventory. (we thought maybe the servers just rolled back) My buddy didn't even have it for more than 2 hours!!!

If FLS can't fix their problems with server stability and give him his ship back. They are losing 2 customers and I think a full refund is mandatory since expected service was not rendered.

Bug Report sent and I hope they deal with this in a timely manner.
