4666MB patch?

I've been playing the Trial for a couple of days quite happily trying Roberts EU server and Blackbeard (curious of lag on US servers while in UK and wanted to play the pirate faction) , then the following day when I tried to log in I get the message:-

Update failed:-
There is insufficient free disk space in C:\Program Files\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\Pirates of the Burning Sea. You must have at least 4666 MB available to update this game. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.

That's a mighty big patch, prehaps its just a teething problem with the patch, have to go out for the day anyway but today I still get same error message

any solutions, other than clearing the space on my Harddrive as PotBS has already got 6.63gb.

ok i saw that another person has had this problem and i will link you to the other thread where he did fix it, i would suggest getting station launcher to do a full scan before you try to patch

Thanks, I Freed up the 4666mb and it just patched a massive 182mb...

someone or something isn't very good at maths :S

That file size sounds pretty much bang on the patch size for this build (approx 180Mb)

Not sure where the original number came from but that was not the patch
