Good post. I remember a few months back when someone called a few players "The Worst Pirates ever." There was some amount of truth in that at the time, but it in the end, things worked out, as this will.

In my business , one of the first questions always asked when a new problem comes up, is.... "What has changed?". Identify that, fix it, and move on.

I always have it off. Makes the game much more pleasant, not having to listen to all the 'Rat, Brit, and Don trashtalk.
