I am trying to file a ticket regarding a particular character on this account. As is obvious, I am logged into this account right now.
Problem is, as soon as I go to the support page, it automatically switches my account to a different account. I log out, log back in, etc., and the same automatic switching keeps happening on the support/ticket filing page. WTF? /signed, Incredibly Frustrated. |

Is it still broken? We preformed an update yesterday on the Support System, possibly during the time you were trying to file a ticket?

Same issue here cannot file a ticket on problem in the game, will post it here and in seperate thread .
I have characters that after they do the holiday quest, they are getting their hat but the title is not being given out.

Dito for me too, amongst other problems since the patch .
1: characters that did the xmas mission last year can not claim hat & title this year. 2. Game keeps crashing on start up from station laucher, have to delete "prefs.xml" file before EACH start up. 3: Had to delete contents of game files "cache" folder to stop critical error and allow game to start from Station Launcher |

Still not able to file ticket, am shot back to the Login page with the transfer character links and what not.

I have partially solved problem - well i can lodge a support ticket now so it's a start, but only good if you have multiple accounts.
I logged out of account A and in to account B - account B has Support access. Logged back into account A and had support access - to the account B support page |
