If you are a Freetrader, doing a partial delivery in "Offers They Can't Refuse" will cause you to lose items. Only turn in the items when you have all of them to turn in at once. If you already have this mission and can't complete it, cancel it and re-take it.

Alternatively you could turn in ALL the items, complete the mission and then have the server rollback and lose it all.
(Our policy is not to replace anything we have taken away from you.) |

Actually, in this case, I HAVE filled in a ticket - 080127-000363 - And the response so far has been 'We don't have time to go through the logs and they may not exist, besides it is our policy not to replace lost items'. This despite the fact FLS lost them.
If you can improve on this, it'd be great. I won't hold my breath. |

IMO...I would have recommended a simple...
"Hey can you check my ticket XXXX then and see what you can do?" Remember devs are real people and arent inclined or incented to help resolve disrespectful requests. Just my opinion...but I do work in software QA and generally put requests made in a non-friendly manner off indefinately (unless of course its because my service is unavailable...thats gotta be fixed.) |

I've made 'snarky' responses to auto generated 'We don't replace items' responses from GMs. At least I gave you guys the effort of something written personally. :-)
