I reactivated my account this morning and have payed my subscription, received the email and if I check my account settings it says that yes I have payed for the PotBS subscription. However in Station Launcher it still does not say Play but rather 'Reactivate' and if I click on that it asks me to sign up. I thought it might take some time to process but given that I did it several hours ago now it should have gone through?

I believe your access problem is related to the issue currently being experienced in the SOE billing system. The issue is referenced in this thread:
