Of course I, personally will try carry on with a civil and mutual political angle, I always have tried to. Although I think the Brits are the powerhouse now, they are the ones with the bargaining chip. Alot of friends in Britland now, this next map is going to be weird but I hope it stays "nice", and not the way things turned out with Spain.

We did have at least one before that, where we set up the rules of engagement for Spain, to make it easier to choose which ports to attack without further meetings.

There might have been one more, but can't remember. But the great cooperation and communication between societies at the time made it not only possible to function without a council, it made it better to be without.

For all intents and purposes, the Spanish Inquisition is CdA. I wanted to name the society CdA again, but a Swiss person who shall remain nameless said that if that was the case he wouldn't join. Since we also picked up a few Armada guys while we were in Britain, it seemed a good idea to find a new name.
