Okay, I preordered the game from Amazon today. The ad says you're supposed to get a code allowing you to get extra stuff and preboard. I haven't received that code yet. Since I never got the beta for this game am I pretty much just stuck waiting for the hard copy of the game to arrive?

I also pre-ordered the game from Amazon today, and haven't received anything. The Amazon page for the game mentioned that the code would be placed in "your media library" on amazon.com, but there's nothing in there for me, either.

I preordered from amazon as well. They sent me a key at 2 am yesterday (first early start day), however the key didn't work. They then sent me a replacement key that didn't work either. I've been on the phone back and forth with them and SOE. According to SOE, they accidentally gave me landing keys instead of preboarding keys. Hopefully you won't run into this issue, but if you do it will probably take at least a couple days to sort out.

Please file a support request at Amazon.com's web site and ask them for the Preboarding and Landing Party keys.
