Trouble in Character Creation!

I've tried about 5 times now to create a character. It takes about 6 minutes to finish all the choices that i want, and pick a name. When i go to hit play, nothing happens. Then it kicks me back to the server list and says the Login Server is restarting.

Do this...

Pick a name, dont bother with how your avatar looks...

Do the tutorial.

When you finish the tutorial, enter the shop in the starting city and visit the tailor. There you can customize your toon with no auto logging you out of the game. It costs you nothing to customize your toon's looks. So feel free to experiment all you like with costuming while in the game.

For some reason the character creation seems tied in with the server log in. If you spend too much time idle, it boots you off of the server and has you re-log.
